Studies show: Niemi is no. 1 in its field

For the fifth time in a row Niemi is rated at the top of Taloustutkimus Oy's Yrityskuvat 2009 Suur-Helsingin vaikutusalueella* (research on corporate image in the Helsinki Metropolitan Region carried out by Taloustutkimus Oy, a Finnish market research company). This study evaluated seven companies in the field of moving services. Niemi received a general score of 8.58, which is clearly higher than the average score of the competitors, 7.78.

When choosing moving services, customers assessed reliability, professionalism and good customer service among the most important factors. All of them are Niemi's strengths. In addition, people appreciate suitability of the equipment and versatile services, in which we also received excellent scores. As a whole, Niemi still has the strongest image and is the best-known company in its field.

In the research, the respondents were asked to evaluate 9 corporate image factors: customer service, price level, communication/marketing, professionalism of the staff, reliability, suitability of the transport equipment, versatility of the services, international connections and future prospects.

Customers are satisfied with Niemi's service. In the research, the respondents were asked to evaluate corporations on a scale of 4-10. Niemi received over twice as many excellent scores (9-10) as the competitors on average.
